  40. I was the person who gave Michael the incorrect information. I must
  41. apologize for the confusion. I guess I got so flustered I gave out the
  42. incorrect test mod. The CORRECT (I just tested it again to make sure it
  43. was correct) mod is 2, 9, and LOCKOUT while turning on the scanner. This
  44. also wipes all of your memory locations but gives you the following
  45. frequencies:

  47. 1-138.150
  48. 2-162.400
  49. 3-173.225
  50. 4-406.875
  51. 5-453.250
  52. 6-511.9125
  53. 7-108.500
  54. 8-118.800
  55. 9-127.1750
  56. 10-135.500
  57. 11-157.800
  58. 12-482.3625
  59. 13-806.000
  60. 14-857.200
  61. 15-888.960
  62. 16-911.500
  63. 17-954.9125
  64.  
  65. The last 3 or 4 are out of the normal coverage area for the PRO-23 and
  66. will allow you to scan up and down in the full cellular range. Hope this
